“The child is the beauty of God present in the world, that greatest gift to a family.” - Mother Theresa
Shubham Foundation wants to share a significant fact with you: 40% of India's population is under the age of 18. That's 400 million children, making it the largest child population in the world.
Shubham Foundation is committed to providing education for disadvantaged, Orphans and vulnerable children by:
- Enhancing environments that are friendly and supportive of all children.
- Supporting teachers' professional development.
- Focusing especially on teaching methodologies.
Shubham Foundation has two priority areas where we focus our attention and resources:

- Improving Quality of Education
Ground Realities
At Shubham Foundation, we believe it is our duty to enhance education in Ahmedabad. As an NGO focused on child education, we aim to highlight its significance and spread awareness about its impact on individual and national growth.
Of every 100 children enrolled, 70 drop out by secondary level, and 66 of those who drop out are girls. Despite increased enrolments, schools, and teachers, only less than half of India's children aged 6 to 14 attend school. The quality of education remains poor, with a decline in basic reading and math skills.
One key reason for this stagnation is excessive debate and insufficient action. At Shubham Foundation, we are committed to driving tangible improvements in education.
